As a Landscape Sales & Designer, you will work directly with clients to design, sell, and manage landscape projects from start to finish. Your role will involve everything from initial consultations and design creation to overseeing project installations and ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss their landscape needs and design preferences.
Develop creative, functional landscape designs, including plant selection, hardscaping, irrigation, and lighting.
Prepare and present design proposals and estimates to clients.
Provide ongoing customer service, including project updates and addressing client concerns.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure designs are executed as planned.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for plant material, equipment, and other resources.
Track sales leads, follow-ups, and project status updates.
Stay up-to-date on current trends, products, and techniques in landscape design and installation.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscape design and sales (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of landscape plants, hardscaping materials, and outdoor design principles.
Proficiency with landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Local Sprinkler Company is looking for a qualified sprinkler technician to repair sprinkler systems, audit and troubleshoot sprinkler system issues.
The position requires great attention to detail, ability to work within schedule, great customer service and sales skills, positive attitude, professional/clean appearance, legible handwriting, ability to properly fill out paperwork, good math skills and great communication with office staff to ensure quality customer service. When not performing sprinkler tasksbe able to work alongside landscape construction crew or maintenance crew. Position is from March – December
Executes timely servicing and quality of work at all customer locations where irrigation work is done.
Troubleshoots irrigation systems to determine repair needs; Manifolds, Timers, Leaks in Lines, etc
Ensure quality workmanship
Pulls and fits piping for irrigation systems.
Sets sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
Test irrigation systems for proper functioning.
Activates and deactivates irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or pre-established schedules.
Communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and solves problems to foster a positive, long-term relationship.
Ensures irrigation jobs are managed within budget to meet or exceed all required financial performance and inventory tracking.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists in solving work problems.
Layout and install new or renovated irrigation systems.
Laying ground cover, installing turf, applying bark and cleaning up job site after completion of irrigation projects.
Reviews and monitors equipment maintenance programs and upkeep of vehicles.
Partners with and directs crew members where needed on irrigation projects/jobs.

Follow safety regulations and work in a safe manner
